Planning before removal
Where a resident is involved, decisions about what is kept, sorted and removed are agreed in advance. Rushing that step usually causes the project to stall.
The biohazard layer
Beneath the clutter there is often animal waste, spoiled food, pest activity and contaminated flooring. That portion is treated as biohazard work, not general junk removal.
Finishing the property
Once cleared, floors, walls and fixtures are cleaned and disinfected and odor is treated so the property can be assessed for repairs.
